Week 1

First of all, I would like to say hi to my Principles of Design lecturer, Ms. Lisa. I'm Muhamad Nazhiim (it's pronounced Na-Zim. The H is silent and take note, my name have TWO I's). I'm from Miri, Sarawak the land of oil. Why I chose to be a designer ? Basically I love and appreciate good arts whether Its from a famous or popular artist or just some random citizen.

Ms. Lisa asked us to make a portrait of ourself using nature. So basically I drew and stick my natural resources to make a face of myself. I had to use lots of leaves to signify my hair because I have a thick hair. TRUST me, Its very thick. And I wear a glasses and I have a little bit of beard. I'm also using dead leaves to resemble my eyes because I have a slit eyes. I drew myself as a cartoon because I like simplicity. And I'm into pop that's why I colour myself bright.
